He strives to create genuine relationships that foster doing better business for everyone. Over the last 20 years, Larry has been instrumental in shaping the future of Verduyn Tarps. He is highly skilled in sales, negotiation, team building, and management, with a strong HR background and a bachelor’s degree focused on Labour Studies from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Currently, Larry leads in his role as the Director of Business Administration, overseeing the foundational departments and divisions of our organization. As a well-respected, people-first leader, Larry enjoys serving up success whether it is from the boardroom or the grill!
